We began in print media during the 1980s, when desktop computer technology was first starting to be useful for such work. Back then there were limited fonts and weak software, and much of our work was still done by hand on a light table.

In the early 1990s, desktop computer technology made quantum leaps in the graphic arts arena. By the end of the 1990s graphics programs and printing control had come of age, and the internet was a young but thriving entity. It was then that we started directing ourselves more towards electronic media such as websites, and less towards print media. Building websites was a tedious and involved process with countless limitations back then.

Today, software for graphic arts is amazingly powerful, and the properly built desktop computer has replaced the light table, PMTs, Velox copies, the process camera and much more. This streamlining has kept prices down and has also made it possible to do in a day what used to take a week ? and it is done better.
